TM Matrix Lesson 13 – Massive Operation

Prerequisites:

1. Study Massive Operation lesson.

In this short lesson, we’ll look at the Massive Operation pull down menu. This allows you to do a normal TM Action but to a whole group at once.

Massive Action: Date Change – All selected Items on the Matrix will be date moved to the Target Date selected. When clicking this, the system opens a separate window, allowing you to see the work loads. With that data, you can then select a new Target Date for the selected items.

Massive Action: Reassign – All selected Items on the Matrix will be Reassigned to a new Performer. When we click it, the system opens a window where you will be able to select a new Performer.

Massive Action: Delegate – All selected Items on the Matrix will be Delegated to a new Owner. When clicking this, the system opens a window where you will be able to select a new Owner.

Massive Action: Delete – All selected Items on the Matrix will be Deleted.
